Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued to the user's balance on ZiProxy. We do not provide cash/crypto refunds to external wallets.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure that is purely on our side (e.g., server downtime exceeding SLA), you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit to your balance.

3. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for user mistakes, change of mind, or if your account is terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Process

To request a refund to your balance, please contact support within 24 hours of the issue occurring. Please include your transaction ID and a description of the problem.
